Miming Satyono Founding Partner Ms. Satyono has been an active participant in the Indonesia capital market for 27 years and has helped to shape the market's development. She currently focuses on strategic development, origination, and marketing activities for SSI. Ms. Satyono started her career at Citibank N.A,Jakarta, in 1981 and rose to Vice President and Division Head for Corporate Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income Syndication/Distribution. In this role she pioneered the introduction of several capital market products to the Indonesia market. Seeing the opportunity created by the expansion of the capital markets in the early 1990s, she co-founded SSI in 1992. Ms. Satyono received her Owner President Management degree from Harvard Business School and MBA degree from Golden Gate University. She is a licensed Underwriter's Representative, Broker/Dealer, and Investment Manager in Indonesia.

S. Herman Budiman President Director Prior to co-founding SSI, Mr. Budiman started his career at Citibank N.A, Jakarta, in 1983 and rose to Vice President heading its fixed income distribution unit. Mr. Budiman has 24 years experience in Indonesia capital market and currently oversees SSl's day-to-day marketing, product development, and distribution activities. In addition, Mr. Budiman heads the fixed income division. He has been in charge of more than US$ 4 billion in transactions through various financial products. Mr. Budiman received his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manchester University (U.K.) and is a licensed Underwriters Representative and Broker-Dealer in Indonesia.

Kelvin Long Managing Director, Head of Equity Mr. Long has worked 25 years in the banking and trading industry in New York City and Jakarta. He joined BNP in Jakarta in 1999 where he was Head of Sales and Trading. Mr Long joined S SI in 2004 as Head of Equity. Amongst his achievements are two secondary placements for Bumi Resources. Mr. Long received his B.A. in Accounting at Rutgers University and his MBA at Pace University. He is a licensed Broker Dealer and Investment Manager in Indonesia.

Brent Chinn Managing Director, Head of Capital Market Distribution Mr. Chinn entered the capital markets in 1995 as a healthcare equity research associate at Robertson Stephens & Co. In 1996, Mr. Chinn joined SSI as a research analyst. Mr. Chinn was later promoted to Vice-President of Corporate Finance where he was part of a team that raised nearly US$1 billion in fund raising for Indonesian corporates and government agencies. After the Asian debt crisis in 1997, Mr. Chinn created a trading desk managing a portfolio of over $100M in distressed Indonesian fixed income securities held by foreign institutions. Mr. Chinn rejoined SSI in 2009 after 8 years as a consultant for various profit and not-for-profit companies in Japan, Korea, Singapore and the United States. Mr. Chinn received his Bachelor's Degree in East Asian Studies and Economics at Harvard University and his MBA at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania concentrating in finance and entrepreneurial management. He is a licensed underwriter in Indonesia.

Lana Soelistianingsih Chief Economist Ms. Soelistianingsih has spent 12 years with Samuel Sekuritas providing a rigorous analytical macroeconomic view on the Indonesian market. She is a respected economist in Indonesia and plays a vital role in providing insightful analysis to clients. Along with being a valuable member of Samuel, Ms. Soelistianingsih has taught economics at Faculty of Economics University of Indonesia for more than 15 years. Ms. Soelistianingsih received her Ph.D in Economics from Graduate School in Economics of University Indonesia in 2003, and her MA in Economics from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee, USA in 1995. Her expertise is in monetary and international economics.

Christine Salim Head of Equity Research Ms. Salim has 7 years experience as a Research Analyst with 5 of those years at Samuel Sekuritas. She has an outstanding reputation as one of the best Research Analysts in the Indonesia market. She also spent 2 years as an Auditor with KPMG prior to working as a Research Analyst. Rakesh Jain Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Jain has more than 18 years of senior financial management experience in Indonesia. Prior to joining SSI in 1997, he was a Commercial Manager for PT Sunrise Bumi Textile. Mr. Jain experience and expertise were instrumental in S Sl' s progress during the Asian crisis of 1998. He was able to elevate SSl's risk management and internal controls to ensure the company remained fiscally stable and has consistently increased financial performance at SSI. He is also involved in all the major lnvestment Banking projects undertaken by SSI. Mr. Jain is a Chartered Accountant from India and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard School, and he is a licensed Investment Manager in Indonesia.

Hisdi Liem Director of Operations Mr. Liem has extensive experience in developing and running settlement and back office systems for financial institutions in Indonesia. Prior to joining SSI, he worked at Citibank N.A, Jakarta, as Assistant Vice President in charge of Customer Services and Settlement division. Mr. Liem also set up Citibank's Fund Administration department. He brings 16 years of operational management expertise to SSI. Mr. Liem received his Masters and B.A. degrees in Mathematics from California State University and is a licensed Underwriter and Investment Manager in Indonesia

Ikhwan Martias Director of Information Technology Mr. Martias has more than 13 years experience in IT business and has been a key member of the Samuel team since joining in 1999. Thanks to his efforts, Samuel has achieved a high degree of IT proficiency by winning the Indonesia eCompany Award in 2005,2006 and 2007 for Value Creation, IT Excellence, and Business Efficiency. Prior to joining Samuel, he worked inzt several areas within the Bakrie Group including telecommunications, IT, and Business Development. He also worked as an Information System Consultant in several national and multinational companies including Unisys Inc. and Freeport Indonesia. Mr. Martias received his bachelor and master degree from the University of Indonesia in computer engineering and Information System Management. He is also the cofounder of PT e-Samuel Indonesia, E-commerce and online trading business within Samuel Group.
